Your Community Bank Named Best Place to Work in Kentucky
The Kentucky Society for Human Resource Management (KYSHRM) State Council, in conjunction with the Kentucky Chamber of Commerce, announced Your Community Bank as one of the Best Places to Work in Kentucky in its fifth annual competition. The program recognizes companies that focus, measure, and move their workplace environments towards excellence. Your Community Bank was selected based on an assessment of the company's employee policies and procedures and the results of an internal employee survey.
Celebrating 75 years of financial strength and service to the community, Your Community Bank currently has five financial centers in Louisville, including the newly-opened Riverfront Plaza financial center in downtown Louisville, and two financial centers in Bardstown, Kentucky. Earlier this year, the readers of the Kentucky Standard recognized Your Community Bank as having the best customer service in Nelson County.
